Six rules that decide whether a protocol is a real stack or just an expensive pile of vials.
Complementarity, not repetition
A stack is only a stack when each compound does something the others cannot. Two peptides on the same receptor are not a stack — they are the same peptide bought twice. Before adding anything, name the mechanism it brings that is not already covered.
Separate in time what competes in space
Compounds that share a receptor should occupy different blocks of the calendar, not different hours of the same day. Compounds with different receptors can share a day, and sometimes even a syringe — CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin being the textbook case.
One new variable at a time
Introduce a single compound and give it 2–4 weeks before adding the next. It is slower, and it is the only way to know what actually worked. Four compounds started in the same week produce a result you cannot explain and cannot repeat.
The break should be proportional to the block
A useful heuristic: roughly a third of the on-period as off-period, and longer if anything drifted — joint discomfort, fluid retention, rising fasting glucose. The off-period is part of the protocol, not an interruption of it.
Measure, or you are guessing
For the GH axis the published monitoring is IGF-1, fasting glucose and HbA1c — baseline, then every 8–12 weeks. IGF-1 tells you whether the protocol is doing anything far more reliably than the calendar does.
Rotate the axis, keep the anchor
When you own several compounds of the same class, the intelligent use is rotation between blocks, not accumulation within one. Keep the anchor that desensitizes least (Ipamorelin on the GH axis) and rotate the partner around it.
